Coldwell Banker Watermark Homes is prepared to help Queensland back on its feet after the Queensland flood disaster. We have qualified construction personnel who can attend and assess your site within hours of being notified - a full report will be forwarded to you promptly.
We will complete both small and large renovations. We also have a large range of standard house plans that are designed to fit on small and large lots. In- house, we have our own design team so we can custom design and build any plan you require.
Our standard construction time is approximately twelve (12) weeks.
We have been building in SEQ and surrounding areas for over 13 years - our personnel have a wide range of experience and expertise in various fields of construction. As we have built in the flood affected areas, we are familiar with all local authorities and their requirements.
